We are USUI/Holy Fire Reiki Masters and yoga teachers. We are also Young Living Oil distributors and use and promote them as part of our services. Pam has completed a 30-hour Yin Yoga Immersion through JFK Yoga in Baltimore, Md. and is in the process of obtaining her 200- hour Teacher Training in Power Yoga at Yoga Love in Highland Maryland; and Shelly has completed her 200-hour Teacher Training in Vinyasa Yoga at Thrive Yoga, in Rockville Maryland and is in the process of getting her 30-hour Yin Yoga certificate. Both Shelly and Pam have also completed a Crystal & Vibrational Healing course with Tom Rigler, Crystal Heart, and use crystals in our Reiki practice.

We would like to offer participants a 15 -minute chakra balancing reiki session using crystals, essential oils, yoga asanas, and meditation.
