I offer 2 different types of services. First is a group/class offering, The 5Rhythms®. A dance. A moving meditation. A workout. A dynamic practice. Each body moves in his/her own way. We do our dance to "a wave" of music taking us through the 5 rhythms of: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. We explore the energy of these rhythms, on the dance floor and off. We must simply â€show up†and let the dance do us. No experience is needed. (Dana is a certified 5Rhythms teacher and has been a student for 20 years.) --- I also offer CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger). This is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a body system called the craniosacral system. This in turn effects the central nervous system. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
