Irena McQuarrie, PT, DPT (owner, head practitioner)

I am dedicated to a mission of promoting and supporting wellness in all humans through true self-connection and community integration. I use tools including movement, music, self-expression, group building, language and mindfulness in service of this mission.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a musician, a yoga practitioner, a teacher and a healer. I see myself as a part of a client wellness team, wanting each person to feel as fulfilled as possible in their bodies, while having fun.

I offer individual healing sessions (physical therapy, reiki, yoga, coaching), and group sessions (music circles, play circles).
