Namaste Studios is a massage and yoga studio located in downtown Frederick. Our massage therapists offer a wide array of modalities, including, Swedish, Thai, Nurturing the Mother pregnancy and post partum, and hot stone massage. We also offer reflexology and aromatherapy. Our yoga instructors offer multiple classes that range from slow flow, to restorative, to energizing, to playful. All of the classes offered are designed to be accessible to clients of any experience and mobility.
