Rachel Gargiulo, CNC (Nutritionist ) |
Rachel is a certified nutritionist, specializing in weight loss, the ketogenic diet, digestive health, and diabetes prevention/blood sugar regulation. Holding a B.S. in psychology from the University of Vermont and graduating from Bauman College, a functional nutrition school in Berkeley, CA, she uses her educational background in an integrated format in order to approach her nutrition practice from a holistic point of view. Her mission is to cultivate optimal health in her clients through customized nutritional suggestions, lifestyle modifications, and mindful living techniques. In her downtime, she enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and seeing live music. Rachel is currently taking clients at Nourishing Journey for private nutrition counseling services and her 12-week keto weight loss program.
