I have a Bachelor in Health and Wellness. A certificate from the Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts in Hypnotherapy. I spent sixteen years in the Bradenton/Sarasota area of Florida. Where I was mentored by a few of Sarasota’s spiritual leaders: Rev. Zan Benham, Jo Mooy​ & Patricia Cockerill. I've been a Reiki Master since 2009, trained by Zan, in the lineage of Diane Stine. My Reiki training was enhanced by attending energy workshops: Quantum Touch, Advance Quantum Touch and Sound Workshops. Karuna Reiki Training in 2013. I receive training through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies with Dana Robinson.
