I’m a former RN now a functional medicine health coach, reflexologist and a grief recovery specialist. I’m passionate about holding a space of healing for my clients filled with compassion and non judgement.
Healing takes place in a reduced stress state in the body and reflexology promotes a feeling of deep relaxation, providing an ideal environment for that innate healing to occur.
I also work with clients on finding the root cause of many ailments by listening to the messages(symptoms) instead of suppressing them.
Grief/trauma is often a root cause so I facilitate grief recovery with clients to release that in order to move forward free of pain.
