I participated in providing sports massage before and after marathons, triathlons and benefit events in Maryland from Annapolis to Rocky Gap in western Maryland. This population has included providing massage therapy for the casual, competitive and aging athlete. Recovering/post-surgery recovery and health maintenance for cancer survivors and their care givers also benefited from massage.
I really enjoy working at outdoor events, festivals, and celebrations.
My training is continuous as I enjoy learning various ways that massage and bodywork can facilitate natural healing. Swedish, Sports, Oncology, Geriatric, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology and Cranial Sacral Therapy 1.
