I have personally had to find my own way back from feeling so exhausted and ill. I know what it is like to research, try, retry, re-research and finally find a path that works. I have been there. I have done it.
I continually strive to dig deeper, educate myself, attend classes and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals around the world for answers and solutions to difficult and perplexing health challenges.
Stresses of life can cause havoc in our systems causing pain, depletion of energy and other health issues. It is time to restore joy and vitality.
