Sarah Berckman has been a Certified Rolfer™ since 2013. Rolfing® Structural Integration is a form of bodywork that reorganizes the connective tissues, called fascia, that permeate the entire body. It works to release, realign, and balance the whole body, thus potentially resolving discomfort, reducing compensations, and alleviating pain. Rolfing SI aims to restore flexibility and revitalize your energy, allowing you to feel more comfortable in your body. She graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO. She started practicing in Savannah in September 2018, having previously worked as a Rolfer in South central Georgia. She works with clients doing Rolfing Structural Integration, both ten series sessions and sessions for specific issues.
