Rev. Dr. Kathryn Helms is a meditation instructor and intuitive. She takes an individualized approach by designing customized meditations for each person. She takes an in-depth and adaptive perspective using mindfulness, rhythm, guided imagery, breath work and affirmation and offers services online and in person at The Center for Healing Arts in Westminster, MD.

Her education includes: Spiritual Guidance Mentor Training classes at Atlantic University, a Doctor of Ministry from Central Seminary, a Master of Divinity from BTSR and Bachelor of Music Therapy from Shenandoah University.

As an empath and an intuitive, Dr. K. Also provides intuitive inquiry sessions for clients seeking guidance with life direction, relationships, or personal growth. Using Oracle cards and consulting spirit guides, she gathers insight and guides through positive spiritual energy to lead and help her clients.
