Frederick Reflexology's goal is to support each client’s best health. We are grounded in the understanding that healing the body is best approached holistically - everything is connected - and that we do our best healing in a relaxed and supported environment. A truth that scientific research is now starting to prove - a balanced body-mind-spirit is essential to optimal mental, emotional, and physical health. It is this level of understanding and compassion that you will find in each session at Frederick Reflexology.

The owner of Frederick Reflexology, Lara Westdorp, is American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) Nationally Certified Reflexologist, a Reiki practitioner, and has studied with Buddhist, Taoist, and indigenous meditation and healing masters. She is a member of the boards of ARCB and the Maryland Reflexology Association.
