I provide relaxing frequencies to Private, Group and Zoom Sound Meditations.
Sound healing dates back to Ancient Greece where music was used as medicine. Indigenous cultures all over the world have used sound for supporting the mind, body and spirit. I create a relaxing atmosphere using breath techniques and toning (sounds) to relax. Using multiple instants and a technique called entrainment to quiet the nervous system. Our brain reaches for rhythmic vibrations in a way to calm or energize ourselves. Our adrenals can become depleted with stress and anxiety over different events in our lives. Research shows that stress creates disease and inflammation in the body. We must allow the body to rest and digest and balance itself. Sound is non-invasive and considered a cellular massage.
