Together with the client, Heather shines light on unhealthy patterns of thoughts and behavior and guides individuals to identify the root cause. In a session, Heather identifies blockages, disturbances and disruptions within the energy field. With the use of a variety of instruments, as well as a multitude of techniques Heather will help to create balance within the energy bodies, leaving clients with a sense of peace and harmony. By becoming aware, individuals make connections to the subtle energies within themselves and begin to take an active role in shifting their world.
