Shannon is the owner of SNS Wellness LLC a health and wellness company inspiring clients to transform their lives by broadening their perspective on wellness. A life-long lover of the body, Shannon merges concepts from energy work and science to work with clients to understand what their body is experiencing.

Through her own health journey and quest for information to understand an autoimmune diagnosis, Shannon uncovered the power of energy work, natural solutions, and alchemy in health.

Passionate about helping others re-connect to their bodies and unlock their own magic, her personal mission is to eradicate autoimmune diagnoses and help others understand how to live healthier and more full lives.

Shannon does this through quantum energy healing sessions, wellness coaching, QHHT, group hypnosis, wellness workshops, and energy healing certification classes.
