Sofia is an intuitive healer, teacher and guide. Sofia graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with an Emphasis in Chemistry, then a Master's degree in Chemistry. Her interest in natural health began with a health challenge of one of her children which led to researching natural and alternative health practices. This inspired her to become a Certified Natural Health Professional, Traditional Naturopath and a Digestive Health Professional. Unexpectedly, a significant emotional event took away Sofia's sense of personal safety. This was the catalyst for a spiritual awakening, journey and process.
