I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with the state of Illinois. I focus on providing a holistic and therapeutic massage environment for treatments. I offer many different styles and modalities of massage therapy for the whole family. From relaxation to deep tissue, as well as sports massage and silicone cupping massage. I also offer Reiki sessions with or without massage. As well as a newer modality to the Bloomington area called Access Bars Sessions. This is 32 points on the head which, when lightly touched and stimulated, can produce positive changed in the brain waves. Some areas helped by this are; migraines, PTSD, stress, sleep disturbances, physical pain, ADD, ADHD, OCD, feelings of joy and happiness. When these points are worked on they they stimulate a positive neurological response inside the brain. Allowing to facilitate your own greater healing.
