My deepest soul knowing, since I was four years old, is that we are simply spiritual beings having a human experience. As a Licensed Psychotherapist, Spiritual and Emotional Tour Guide, Podcast Host, Author, and Speaker, I have spent the last 25 years guiding others through the rocky terrain of being human.
