I'm an experienced alternative health practitioner with over 18 years of experience. My work has always focused on the connection between the mind, body and soul, and I am REALLY passionate about helping people achieve greater health and wellness by transforming their beliefs and behaviors from limiting to limitless. I've spent decades studying trauma and drama (first hand!) and the impact they have on our lives. The pain and suffering gets OLD, QUICK! I began a journey of personal transformation, turning over every stone to find happiness and abundance. I trained extensively in bodywork, herbology, philosophy, psychology, hypnotherapy and yoga. My broad range of knowledge and expertise allows me to offer a unique and comprehensive approach to healing and wellness. This journey has had a profound impact on my personality and spirit, and now my greatest joy in life is helping others achieve a level of peace and happiness.
