Hello! My name is Erin Cutrone. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Educator, and Flower Essence Practitioner. My coursework includes Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Mindfulness, and Vibrational Healing. I combine my studies with the inner wisdom of compassion in both practice and daily living and love bringing community together!

Workshops: I have been offering workshops teaching how to slow down and tune into our intuition using our bodies, oracle cards, and pendulums in a safe and playful environment.
