Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and symptom relief to improve overall health and well being. The client is encouraged to sit or lay in a comfortable position. The practitioner connects to Universal Life Energy which is used to remove blockages and harmonize body, mind, and spirit. After the practitioner balances the client's energy, the practitioner shares intuitive messages guided by spirit.

About Me:
I became astonished by the immense benefits of Energy Work when my mother in law was admitted to hospice. I gave her healing sessions and noticed her energy shift from fear and anxiety, to stability and serenity. After her departure to eternal life, I felt grateful and honored to have helped her heal her wounds. It was this experience that helped me understand that Energy Healing goes beyond relaxation; it is a gift that needs to touch every heart.
