When We All Vote whenweallvote.org is a non-profit, nonpartisan organization that is on a mission to increase participation in every election and close the race and age voting gap by changing the culture around voting, harnessing grassroots energy, and through strategic partnerships to reach every American. The QR code we utilize works not only for Maryland residents but also for D.C., Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia residents who might be in attendance. We do not advocate for candidates, parties or issues – just for people to register/check registration/update registration and make a firm plan to vote.
