My pots are made as an object for use in the kitchen. The user has a relationship with the piece, a mug, a cup, a bowl, etc. I find people often have an attraction to a certain piece. It brings them joy because it’s yellow and happy or feels good to hold. An intimacy is created between the user and the vessel. Therefore the pot has an impact on the person. My intention is that my heartfelt energy is passed from me to the work as I’m making it. This becomes a blessing to whomever uses it and that is the reason it’s called Empowered Pottery.

My sculptures are an expression of my spiritual process. I use the image of the sun as a confirmation that the light will prevail, love, goodness, kindness, and unity is Truth.
I will also be showing new totem sculptures.
