Cori Wise RYT 500 Yoga teacher, Reiki Master teacher, Sound bowl healer, Certified Somatic therapy 919-706-7287 coriwise1@gmail.com Namaste (hello), I’m Cori Wise, a Reiki and Celtic Reiki Master Teacher (for people, pets, and homes), and currently studying to become a Clinical Yoga Therapist and Herbalist to create a more well-rounded approach to healing and practice. My approach to yoga and the mind-body connection invites you to turn inward, working with the whole body and what may be happening within. Like many of you, I wear many hats—caring for kids (puppies included) and grandkids alongside my husband, Chris. I know how valuable time is and how challenging it can be to carve out space for self-care, which is why my classes are currently offered online via Zoom. I offer a variety of practices including Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Viniyoga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Trauma-Informed and Somatic Yoga.
