James Beard transforms lives by teaching Breathwork, harnessing his 30+years of experience to help people find peace and freedom and answers to questions that have dogged them for years.
An author of multiple books, a gifted speaker and workshop leader, James has been teaching Breathwork for 25 years and his desire is to ensure that as many people as possible experience the same miraculous and amazing experiences he has had through Breathwork; he has been able to remember his birth and the influence it has had on his life and to heal his body.
James has been a seeker and healer for most of his life having studied Reiki, healing touch, massage, and Watsu. He is certified in yoga, Qi Gong and bioenergy healing and is a licensed massage therapist, and holistic health practitioner and held Global Inspirational Conference in 2019 in Joshua Tree for the International Breathwork Foundation.
