I have been practicing Reiki energy healing since 2022 and was attuned to the Reiki Master level in October 2025. As an Empath, I use intuitive hand placements during Reiki sessions. I visualize healing energy flowing through the body’s natural energy pathways (meridians), targeting areas that need attention while promoting chakra alignment and calming the nervous system. ? My Indigenous American heritage plays a meaningful role in my practice. Ancestral guidance influences each session. I also incorporate the wisdom of animal totems, allowing each experience to carry a unique message and deeper energetic connection. ?
