The power of images to heal and inspire has fueled my desire of putting emotions on paper—I like to say, “get the whispers out of my head and onto paper.”

Courage, hope, and moving forward shape my work. I create not only for myself but to inspire and accompany others on their own journeys through art and life.

My art has evolved into a gentle, non-judgmental creative practice that offers space for reflection, healing, and self-discovery. It encourages being present, expressing freely, and embracing the process not perfection. I have seen firsthand how art can create hope, ease fear, soothe loneliness, and lighten the emotional weight of difficult times.

Working primarily in watercolor, markers, and digital media, I create art that is often abstract, colorful, reflective, playful, and loose. My artwork is available as prints, greeting cards, and the Cancer Courage Card Deck. I also facilitate mindful art workshops.
