Beka Owens, MS, RYT-200, is the founder of Lotus Unfolding, a community dedicated to holistic well-being and creative healing. With over 15 years of professional experience as a former massage therapist, educator and energy worker, Beka brings a deep understanding of the body and the toll that chronic stress can take.

After navigating her own personal journey with burnout, Beka pivoted to studying the intersections of mind-body regulation and creative therapy by becoming a yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher and a certifiedPaint From Your Soul facilitator. She is currently deepening her expertise through advanced training in therapeutic art and movement and wellness coaching, bringing these evidence-based restorative practices directly to the community. Beka’s philosophy is simple: you don’t need to be "fixed," because you are not broken. She created Lotus Unfolding to provide the space, resources, and community you need to bloom at your own pace.
