Ava Woods-Fleegal

Wild Sovereign was founded by Ava Woods, a practical mystic, corporate leader, and lifelong student of the ways we come to know and trust ourselves.

With extensive experience in enterprise leadership, human development, and organizational transformation, Ava blends strategic thinking and practical wisdom with a lifetime of studying tarot, energy work, herbalism, and spiritual traditions.

A certified Reiki Master and experienced mentor, Ava believes personal growth isn't about becoming someone new. It's about understanding ourselves more deeply, trusting our inner knowing, and making choices that reflect who we truly are.

Through Wild Sovereign, she helps women navigate life's big questions, reconnect with their inner authority, and create lives that feel authentically their own.

Her approach is grounded, compassionate, curious, and a little magical. Because you shouldn't have to choose between being practical and being spiritual. There's room for all of you.
